It works well for both warm and cold, I use it on my neck after a long day at work.

This is a great ice pack. It is flexible, soft, comfortable and can be used for the neck, waist, chest or any area needed. This is a great purchase. You can use this one for any part of your body. I highly recommend this design.

I always keep neck and back packs in the freezer as I have disk degeneration in my neck and back and find the cold therapy is excellent. At first I thought this was the best pack I had ever had in that it was very cold and stayed cold for around forty five minutes or so. I was using it one day about two weeks after I received it and felt something cold running down my arm...The pack split at the seam and the gel beads were running out. Too bad it did not last even one month. I will not be buying this product again.

It works ery well

I love this gel pack! The gel keeps it cold for longer than a normal ice pack, but it doen't freeze solid. The shape is amazing for shoulder pain, neck pain, and headaches!

My wife uses this on her neck and shoulder muscles to relieve painfully tight muscles. (The muscles relax as they thaw out, so to speak.)

This is awesome!!! I highly recommend this to anyone who need to ice your sore muscles.
