Perfect for creating an herbal Earl Grey tea!!
So worth it! I got a little on my finger by accident when I opened it. And it is the perfect essence of Earl Grey. I can tell it's going to be so lovely in my tea! I'm LDS, but I converted when I was 18.I gave up black tea (I don't mind, that's worth it too) so I'm so excited to put this in my herbal teas and finally have my Earl Grey milk tea back!

Best buy for the money
This is the oil that gives Earl Grey Tea it's distinct flavor and aroma. It smells great to me, and so far I have just tasted it as a sample. My end use is incense (I love the fragrance) and for certain making my own flavors of teas. I am happy with my purchase, and this amount will last a long time. I haven't tried it in a diffuser, but the thought has crossed my mind. A type of earthy masculine scent, an exotic spice mix with a touch of woods, moss, and pine is how I would describe the aroma.

Sort of Misleading
When I read the reviews of this product there was one negative review that said the product is unusable, I blew it off as that one person who will always be unsatisfied. After receiving the product I now understand what the issue was. I chose this product because it was calling itself an extract instead of an oil. I was trying to make my own earl grey tea and did not think that an oil would work properly. Long story short this product is an oil, so you have all been warned. That being said my tea turned out wonderfully.

Making White Earl Grey tea
My intent in buying Bergamot flavoring was to make Earl Grey tea from White Tea bags. It works fairly well for that purpose... two drops in a cup of tea satisfies my taste. The major drawback is that this particular flavoring uses soy oil as a carrier. Although I don't notice any taste to the soy oil, the floating droplets on the top of the tea and detracts from the visual appeal of a "good cup of tea". For my purposes, I stopped into my local health-food store and picked up a dropper bottle into which I transferred the flavoring, making it's use more convenient.

The smell changed after baking
It smelled like really old used oil after baking. You cannot use it for anything - not even for tea!

Pretty good
I have used this only once. I love the Bergamot scent and flavor, so I looked forward to having my own stock of Bergamot for food. I added some to tea and was kind of disappointed. It is oily which is not so good in tea. The flavor was weak.I probably need to experiment with it. I still think it is a good product. I just don't know how to use it.

Doesn't smell or taste like Bergamot.
Doesn't smell or taste like Bergamot. More of a turpentine trying to be citrusy. So disappointed I'm throwing mine away.

Fun floor
This has been fun to use. Use the same amount as you would vanilla as it isn't a super stone flavor.
