FondX is the preferred rolled fondant amongst professionals & beginners alike. It is very easy to knead, rolls out easily to an 1/8 inch & it is a very forgiving fondant to use. It also has a very smooth Vanilla flavor that is not too sweet & compliments any cake flavor nicely. 1 lb can cover up to an 8" cake.

Nice product, not bad tasting.
A pleasant flavor, and wonderfully rich color.I bought green and black to decorate a cake as a card table for my nephews birthday.The effect was great!

Incredible fondant in a box!
I've purchased pre-made fondants before and while they are easy to work with, they taste terrible. This fondant FONDX is both tasty (subtle vanilla flavor) and really easy to use. I bought white so that I can have the option to color. A few drops of gel food coloring and a little bit of kneading to mix the color in and the fondant was still malleable. I've also added other flavoring like orange, almond, or more vanilla to make the fondant taste pop.

This was very easy to work with. It felt soft and it tasted so good. And fondant never tasters good lol

Not a bad alternative
I know everybody has their preference of the product they like , but I really I'm not looking forward to use this fondant. I would not recommend it for a beginner as well. the fondant is kind of sticky when you try to manipulate it you have to use a lot of cornstarch in order for you to be able to do it right. It tastes good it smells good but when I try to cut sharp shapes out of that fondant they usually stick to my cutters. I have used this fondant very successfully for cutting things out that they need fast drying although I have to leave the fondant to dry a little but itself before cutting Anythink to get the sharp edges that I need. The advantage of that fondant is that it dries relatively quickly and it turns hard Acid Rock. You can airbrush it after it dries and I have beautiful results out of it. Still I would not completely swap my other brand satin ice for covering the cakes and more detailed work. Overall it's a good product just a little stickier than what I would like to work with.

Excellent Product !!
Arrived fast!! Packaged great!! The quality was exceptional, fresh, flavorful, easy to work with, held color well. Rolled out smoothly. No cracks when dried. Definitely recommend. I will buy again. This is my new favorite fondant!!

My Favorite Fondant
Still my favorite fondant. Easy to use, unobtrusive taste and tints well. There is a learning curve with most fondants, you have to work with them to know their individual quirks and weaknesses. For me this kneads easily, isn't so soft it's difficult nor does it have issues with elephant skin if you don't overwork or incorporate to much tylose.

Color was beautiful however dried quickly
Color was great, however after just a few minutes with rolling, it started to crack and get leathery. I did keep it covered so it wouldn't dry out but that didn't work. Real shame because the color was beautiful!
