New England Cutlery Marble Finish Plus Santoku Knife Set, 5" and 7", Red

I bought a set of these and liked them so much that I bought several more sets for others in our family. They are nice and sharp and nice and heavy, BUT, after several months of use the red covering on the blades started coming off and getting in the food as I used them. Definitely a disappointment, as I just had to throw them away. Cannot recommend!

sharp knives are better than dull ones. I bought them for my son so he would not cut himself again. I have bought several of these knives. My daughter has a red one and I the blue. they slice through over ripe tomatoes thin no problem.

Stylish and sharp

Very sharp, comfortable to hold handle, well balanced. Cuts meat and cheese with ease. Used it multiple times and still maintained its sharpness. Hand washed only and replaced in sheath. My only gripe is the handle... stains easily.
