With dimensions shy of 8" x 5", these are by no means "big" serving platters. However, they are great for staging food pictures (which is the main reason I buy these). Sushi, desserts, breakfast platters, whatever you can imagine. Made of ceramic with a glossy white finish, these are rated freezer, oven and microwave safe. Keep in mind that care must be taken with anything made of ceramic as not to have anyone drop them.

They are beautiful plates. I am satisfied with their shape and size, however, I only use one time, I found 3 small chips on the edge of one plates. I am not sure they were original in there or not. We hand wash all these plates, so I don’t think we broke them. I check other plates, one plate is not sturdy, because it spins on the table. Two of them have small holes on the edge, and all plates have black dots. I wouldn’t complain the small black dots, since they are not expensive plates, but I wish the quality should be improved. But still, I like these plates, they are versatile and good for picture.

Well, I do not use these often, as a matter of fact I've only used one a couple of times, today being one. It states that they are oven safe, so why did mine just crack in half while in my oven?? The whole reason I bought them was to use in the oven. So I'm torn about these. Very disappointed.. If there is a limit on the oven temperature, that should be stated.

I love them

These are really great looking dishes and a good quality ceramic. I love the shape and perfect to use for an appetizer spread or to hold snacks. It's big enough to hold fruit as well. I have washed them in my dishwasher several times already and still holding up well. The handle makes it easy to carry and the bottom is good for hot foods not needing to put on top of a trivet. Overall, fantastic versatile set.

Love these black funky style elegant plates. Bought to use for sushi, appetizers, snacks, raclette dinners, etc. Large enough to hold a burger and fries. Will come in handy for also using as serving dishes with meals. Very happy with this purchase. Will likely order another set. so I have eight.
