So, we bought this to help spruce up the laundry room. We put the laundry detergent in it. It does look nice in there and it is a nice sturdy bottle, but geez. It would be nice if the pump went more than half way down the bottle! It works great right up until the point it spews the product all over because it was at the end of it's capacity and you didn't realize it because the bottle is still half full! Keep a towel handy, you'll need it to wipe up the mess. You'll also quickly learn to keep it full, not half full...full full. The bottle does have plenty of capacity, too bad you only get to use half of it. Before I wrote this review I went and double checked I wasn't being an idiot and it didn't have some part of it that extended down further into the bottle. Nope. Now that's not a true test that I'm not an idiot but....whatever. I almost like it. To give the manufacture the benefit of the doubt maybe they aren't all like this or there is supposed to be a straw that attaches to it that extends it further down the bottle that we didn't get. I wouldn't know. We use it, it does look nice, but making sure it's full all the time is a pain.

For the people saying the pump is too short… MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE BOX FOR THE ADDITIONAL PUMP PIECE. I too almost threw it away, but luckily I knew to look for it from my experience working at Starbucks.

The pump was too long to fit in the bottle. I had to cut a portion of it off to make it fit. Then when I got ready to pump my detergent out the pump came up way too high! Then the dripping started. I am very disappointed in this product. I would not order it again.

Perfect for my needs. Would like to find a quart sized just like this. Would like the pump to not be so tall.

The jar is cute and thick but the pump and tub are crap! I had to cut the tube to fit inside the bottle. Super annoying and the actual pump is stupid long. It is just awkward! Instead of having this out and all cute, its going to get hidden. Not going to return because lets face it, almost costs as much to return amazons crap as the purchase if you live where there is no ups store!
