This cooling pad works very well. I bought the same 5 years ago and decided to buy another one for the second laptop, while these cooling pads with four thermal sensors are still available. The new one is very quiet, and the temperature display gives you the peace of mind about your laptop temperature while cycling through four temperature sensors touching the bottom of a laptop.

Es un gran producto, lo que deben de fijar es colocar barra al frente para sostener los equipos en la base cuando esta inclinada, ya que por el acabado del producto en la placa de aluminio, en mi caso con la MacBook Pro 13" se resbala.Con respecto a los ventiladores, el nivel de ruido que generan es casi mínimo y para el objetivo principal el enfriamiento cumple con lo necesario, baja la temperatura en la superficie de 35º C a 25º a 28º C, para una refrigeración extra para tu laptop es genial y si es una MacBook creo que es muy necesario.

I have an 8 year old HP ENVY17 laptop. At the time, the GPU and memory were top of the line; but the knock was that it ran hot -- and it did and does. Of late it was getting to the point where it BIOS shut the laptop down a couple of times to protect it from overheating (100 degrees C on all four cores). I have always used a targus laptop cooling pad; but it was not cutting the mustard. So I selected the Thermaltake A22 and the difference is just short of amazing. The fans are orders of effect better at moving air, just as quiet (or noisey depending on your sensitivity to such), the aluminum seems to make a huge difference is cooling the computer. I seldom gush over products -- but this is worth the price and I hope it will extend the life of your laptop in the way I trust it wll extend mine.
