It naturally has a slight marshmellow aftertaste which makes this honey delightful in hot chocolate. Simply mix 1 to 1 dark chocolate cocoa with 4 parts milk and have yourself a delicious healthy treat! This honey would be great drizzled over brownies. It is light in color with a delicate flavor. This honey tends to granulate. We could heat this honey to minimize granulation, but this would compromise the honey's flavor and, more importantly, its healthful benefits. Raspberry Honey - This honey was made by the bees from nectar of the raspberry blossom which blooms in Oregon State. You can almost taste the raspberries in this delicious raspberry honey! This honey would be great drizzled over chocolate. It is light in color with a delicate berry flavor. This honey tends to granulate.
