Missing Key
The cart is great, easy to assemble but the keys were missing, I contacted the manufacturer and the was told they would send me new keys and locks since they are a matching set but I had to drill out the old locks though. Contacted them again about the locks since it has been to long for the shipment and was told I had to go though amazon to get locks, so I contacted them about it and they just hung up on me. This has to to the worst experince I have had. So to some it up bad customer service from both arcan and amazon

So I got this for hubz, let me start by saying this item is super heavy, Amazon had the best deal with the prime account free 2 day shipping. Every other webite you had to pay over $100 for shipping. this cart is really good he loved it put it in his truck right away. very strudy. great buy.
