Thermene Graphene Thermal Paste (2nd Generation)

Works beautifully on my OC 3770k. Saw a 6°C drop over AS5 with my Corsair H100i and noctuas in push pull. It did better than I expected but be aware that it is rather thin compared to other thermal compounds. Very little pressure is required to get it out of the syringe and it can make a huge mess if you're not careful.

I had to buy this directly from Thermene's site because it was unavailable here. The fact that it claimed to have graphene seemed promising. The product is really poor. It seems like an undeveloped backyard job. Perhaps with proper development of the paste in theory could be good. Too many hypotheticals. It is super runny. Like pouring cream or ketchup. I put a test bead on my desk and ran an Apple Black Stick through it (pointy end) and the run mark closed up. That is how runny it is. I ran multiple tests on a Mac mini and found it ran just slightly warmer (i.e. worse) than Tuniq TX-4. This suggests it is reasonable to run close to TX-4. But they clearly advertise it is far better than TX-4. Anyway I had to take it off the Mac as it ran. Too risky despite the investment. I made a complaint to Thermene and they did not reply. Poor product and non-existent customer service.

I've been running my i7 4770K on Arctic Silver 5 ever since I got it last year. I've been able to overclock it to 4.8 Ghz stable with highest temps at 88 C. I put some of this Thermene on it about a week ago (although I was only able to buy it from their website) and last night I got my i7 to overclock to 5 Ghz with a highest temp of 90 C stable. AFAI can tell a 2 C degree increase for that much speed is pretty damn good. I'd try to squeeze more speed out of it but I don't really want to rattle the beast if you know what I mean.It comes in a syringe so I just squeezed it out. As easy to use as any other thermal paste.Try not to get it on you though, I got some on my skin cleaning it up before trying to reapply it (I made too big of a blob) and it was a bit of a pain to wash it out. Cleaning up the CPU and heatsink with this paste on it just takes some isopropyl alcohol and a cloth.Other than that this graphene thermal paste really does work well. I'd recommend it.

The paste has not dissappointed me at all. The product is living up to its name. it's been a month since I have applied it and my temperatures are around 4.5c less than my cured as5 was. It is a very thin paste in comparison and easy to apply. It spreads very nicely using the pea method.
