Good Tasting & Good Texture
I was a little concerned as the price was about $10 lower then a competitor. We camp and like to not cook sometimes. These eggs just need boiling water put on them and then wait for 15 minutes. My first tasting was mixed with freeze dried sausage, and bell peppers which I then wrapped into a tortilla. It was great, better than I expected. I made up some breakfast packs to take camping and then vacuum sealed them.
