Black & Decker Home Planner & Logbook: Record all your important information for easy, one-stop reference Flexibound – October 26, 2015

Really enjoyed this journal and will use it for many years to keep track of things updated or in need of updates in my house. I plan to keep it updated so that when I sell my house I can easily pass over the book to the next owner.

I very much like the book as the first 47 pages are a "how your house works and what to look out for" and the following 48-128 pages are for you to fill out or your new home. From roofing, siding, to flooring and window coverings. Wish there was more space to write in some spaces but overall a good job compiling the book. I can see why some people would NOT like this book as the first 47 pages may sound 'remedial' to you if you are an experienced home owner but I am a first time home buyer so it worked for me.

yes great resource one place for easily misplaced or forgotten documents and or infrequent important notes. To be useful requires commitment to recording events

Just like many other reviewers mentioned, I wish it was a spiral-bound book with plastic pockets for records.

Simple, easy to use, helpful. Would like it if it had a few more pockets for receipts, but that is the only possible negative.

I liked all of the categories and plenty of room to write in. I've been able to keep track of all sorts of things in my new house

Perfect place to organize your home records about the house. Great information for either looking back when you do remodels or passing on when you sell the house.

Has a lot of great info and is a good way to organize things... Just wish it was a spiral book instead.

OK but is really intended for the American Market so many wasted pages which are not applicable to the UK
