The Body Archer Back Stretching Chair for Back Pain and Stress Relief - Made in America

Not to much to say but it hurts your a*** after sitting longer than 30mins. Does an ok job at stretching your back. Wouldn’t buy it again.

I had a herniated disk at 16 yrs old in 1984 , i have done everything to relieve back pain - this will not replace a good chiropracter but it will give him a run for their money , the first time i used it i got several spinal releases (7 snap crackel pops ) and at that time i was in bad shape ( time for a new mattress . i am getting some really deep decompression separation that is helping me keep loose and relaxed makeing the chiro adjustments go more effective and enabling me not to have to go nearly as much ! It looks like a piece of furniture so it sits in ojr living room 24/7 and my wofe uses it as a foot stool while watching

We use this every day, and we've seen improvements in shoulder and neck pain. After we received a heavy inversion table that was missing essential parts for assembly, we returned the table and ordered the body archer. We don't regret not getting an inversion table, because this is easy to use and move when necessary. It's very relaxing hang out upside down on this chair and listen to the radio or music.

I've been one of those guys who slump in their seat at their computer for endless hours. I decided to begin pilates to get out of a rut. My instructor is also marketing this product, the Body Archer. It looks deceptively simple. But sitting on it you soon realize that it's starting to work its magic. Rocking side to side helps loosen the hips. And my biggest relief comes when stretching my back across it. Leaning forward across it also is super good to do. I'm noticing more flexibility and less back pain for sure. A worthy investment!! Recommended!!

Now if only my company would splurge on a new office chair for me...As someone who has always had lower back issues, the Body Archer has been amazing. It stretches all the muscles in a way that regular stretching, yoga, sports massages, etc have never worked for me. I started doing a lot of water sports a couple years ago, like kayaking and paddling, and my lower back got worse and worse. This really, really helps after a good workout. I don't have to worry about waking up with a stiff back anymore and that alone is worth the $$.p.s. it looks nice so win, win!

This is a great product. I bought it to use as an office chair, however, my wife began having back problems so I took it home. We now both use it after workouts to stretch our lower back. I'm a 30 year weight lifter and never have been able to figure out how to get a deep stretch in my lower back. The Body Archer is perfect for me and I highly recommend it. In fact, I've let neighbors try it and they have ordered, too !

I use this every day. Nothing stretches my torso like this. It helped me get through sciatic pain.

I am a big, BIG fan of the Body Archer! I had some initial reservations about it, but I can honestly say; once you try it out, you’ll be hooked! There’s TONS of reasons why I love it:- I LOVE to come home after a long day of work and literally stretch the stress away. It’s really easy to use and it feels ahhhmazing for your back and body.- I’ve replaced my desk chair with it after seeing that they recommend this on the Body Archer website. I’m in front of the computer a lot, and was so tired of getting back pain and afraid of getting the hunchback look. It’s surprisingly comfortable, even without a “back” for support. It makes you immediately have good posture, and I love to rock side to side if I get fidgety.- I have incorporated this into my yoga/pilates workout at home. I also found on the Body Archer website that they have really cool workout videos to show you how to do this. I’ve owned one of those stupid exercise balls and I don’t know about you, but I definitely busted my butt a few times falling off of one. Plus, living in a small apartment, I had NO WHERE to store it and it was a huge, rubber eyesore. The Body Archer is stable where you don’t have to worry about falling, but it’s still challenging, & you can customize the color and wood, so it blends in to your décor (my friends are always fascinated by it when they come over and always end up trying it.) It’s super motivating to; it’s nice to have around the house and acts like a constant reminder to work out.I was truly surprised by how much I love this product. DEFINITELY WORTHY of 5 STARS.
