I love this skillet. It cooks evenly and is very easy to clean.

great with some drawbacks
Love the size and how easy it is to clean. My only complaint is the sticking at times and the weight. I'm sure there is some science to the heat and what type of food your cooking but I haven't figured it out yet. Don't expect to hold the pan with one hand while you scoop food out into tupperware, it's just too heavy! Also, don't be surprised if some discoloration happens on the bottom of the pan over time.

My guy loves his good ol' cast iron - but, boy they are sooo ugly!!!!!!!!! So, I got this and I love and he likes it too. It's pretty heavy so make sure you have two free hands to pick up and keep the hot pads close by. Don't forget, wooden or silicone spoons only!
