Not using as a bottle stopper, but for a Longworth chuck
Grippy but also squishy, and does not leave a mark. Perfect for a Longworth chuck!

Great value!!!
The media could not be loaded. Great value and work great for my glass 1-gallon jugs, for the most part, they fit pretty snug in the gallon jugs and some half-gallon jugs. I negative is that sometimes during the initial wine fermentation process, the gases push the stoppers and pop out causing spillovers. Also, when affixing the airlocks you get rubber residue and shavings. It's important to remember to wash them thoroughly after attaching the airlocks. Other than thank they work great and are a fantastic value.

Perfect for gallon wine jugs.
These are perfect if you are re-using one gallon wine jugs as carbois. They have a nice snug fit and stay in the bottle without help from rubber bands or anything like that.

The hole doesn't comfortably fit the typical airlock.
The hole is smaller than I expected. It doesn't quite fit the common airlock used for brewing, but it's doable. If you push the airlock in to far, it distorts the top of the plug itself outward so that it doesn't sit tight in the mouth of a gallon jug, it wants to pop out.You have to use a dremel sanding tip if you want to make the hole bigger like I did. A drill bit just kind of slides around in it.They're not expressly for brewing, and the quality seems to be pretty good, so they don't deserve a poor rating. Wouldn't buy again for brewing, but probably good for their original use.

Work well.
I should’ve ordered one size bigger if they’re moist to tall these ones slide out the top unless you push them into the carboy and then it makes it tough getting them out
