Wonderful product
These are wonderful! I'm so glad I broke down and purchased silicone baking mats. I've been using parchment paper for years, but it's nice to have something that can be used over and over. I love that nothing sticks to these. We cook without oil and these are perfect for baking French fries and fresh veggies.

Bought this as a gift for my sis-in-law for Christmas. She is an avid cooker, griller, and baker. She loved them and I value her opinion in this realm so I am purchasing a set for myself. If my impossible to please sis-in-law is happy then it must be good. I will update once I purchase my own and use.

The Phat Mats themselves are awesome. What a great way to cook. NOTHING sticks to these. The BBQ mat fell apart right away. I'll have to order another one of those, though - but not this one as what a great way to save your grill.

Excellent Silicone Mats
This set comes with two The PhatMat Nonstick Baking Sheet and one non stick Griller. The Baking sheets work great when my daughter and I are baking cookies, cooking chicken strips or even baking chicken breasts. I like the fact that I don’t have to use any type of oil to keep the food from sticking on my pans. The cleanup is very easy with warm water and soap. They are made of a food grade silicone so no fear of using something that is not good for me. The mat fits a half sheet cookie sheet. They are 16 inches by 11 ½ inches. My cookie sheets end up being a lot easier to clean. Plus with the silicone baking sheets nothing sticks to them like it does to my cookie sheets. This mat can be used up to 480 degrees F. I can use this for almost everything I cook in my oven.The Griller Sheet is really nice also. I have grilling mats but nothing like this one. This is great to have the open squares. The other mats I have do not have any openings. This mat can be used up to 500 degrees F. I like cooking chicken on my grill but it always seems to get stuck to the grill.
