First Day Last Day of School Double Sided Sign (Dry Erase Board for Liquid Chalk Markers - 12" x 7.9")

I bought this First Day/Last Day of School Double-Sided Sign for my son’s VPK year, and it has been such a fun and special way to capture this important milestone! His first day of preschool was a big deal for us, and having this sign made the moment even more memorable. Filling it out together was such a sweet moment! My son loved helping me write his name and picking his favorite things, like his favorite food and what he wants to be when he grows up. It’s such a fun way to capture his personality at this age. We used liquid chalk markers, and they worked beautifully. The colors were bold and vibrant, making the details pop in photos. Erasing was easy, too—just a damp cloth wiped it clean without any smudging or leftover residue.

I loved this for my daughters first day of kindergarten. It captured that perfect once in a lifetime moment. All I had to do was purchase some chalk markers and voila. The best part is that on the other side you can do the last day of school also. What’s not to love. It’s worth every dollar. It’s sturdy so I don’t have to worry about it tearing apart by the end of the school year. I’m gonna have it put up anyway of course. And I read a lot of reveiws about how the markers they used would not erase from the board or left the outline of the last writing on the board. Well I had no problem with mine so I could only think that maybe it was the brand chalk markers they used. **note I bought Bandle B. Liquid Chalk Markers in 8 colors with reversible chisel and bullet tips. They were on Amazon for good price yet good quality.

I like this board because it is simple and easy to reuse. The board is double-sided. One side is the first day of school and the other side is the last day of school. I use chalk markers on this, and they glide on the surface easily and erase easily. The board itself is sturdy and quality made. Can be used over and over again.

I got this for my kid's first day of school. It looked nice. I thought dry erase markers would show up well. On the day of the start of school, I wrote in it and the marker could barely be seen. I tried chalk because I has some on hand, but that was even worse than the dry erase markers. I think what I'd need are those markers that people use to write on car glass, not sure though.Anyway, first day pictures did not work out and now I have to edit the information in on any pics that we uses this sign.

This was a great quality board. I liked how it didn't include too much personal info that would cause any security concerns since everyone posts photos of their kiddos' first day of school. This was a great sign but I do wish it came with a white marker. Luckily I had one at home, otherwise I would have been late in my first day of school photos.

I bought these because my kid’s both started school this year. I love the size of them and that they don’t have too many questions. I like that it doesn’t ask the name of the school or teacher for privacy reasons when taking pictures. They are great for the first day and last day of school pictures to keep those special memories!

I got this for my husband who was starting a new job the same time as back to school for social media pictures. The material was easier to write on with a chalk marker, and if I made a mistake, it was easy to wipe off. The front side is the first day of, and the back side is the last day of. There was enough space for me to write everything that I needed to, the colors are bright, it was a sturdy material and we had a lot of fun with it.

Buy a wet erase marker. I had no idea what they were but it worked great on the board for our sons first day of school
