A great replacment pump !
Originally I had a Generac Pressure Washer 2400 PSI and I had an issue with the pump. It started leaking and I found a bolt had broken off holding the valve assembly to the pump and causing a substantial hi pressure leak. I found out the pump (189943GS) had been discontinued as well as all the service parts and this pump was listed as a replacement for the 189943GS unit my pressure washer originally came with. I could have corrected the broken bolt issue bu it i need a gasket or seal also I figured it may be more trouble to try to locate a compatible seal so I decided to replace the pump and look at the pump for possible repair later. I purchased the pump and found it to be slightly larger and with a different in let and outlet configuration which facilitated a slight modification to the frame to add easier access to the attach the hi pressure hose. The water inlet was no problem and required no modifications for access to attach the hose. The pump bolted up perfectly to the Honda GC 160 engine that the pressure washer came with. The pump body for this unit seems to be about 2 times the length of the original although the over all length of the pump was not that much more than the original pump and created no issues. The new pump is a beast. the output is better than the original and the GC160 will carry the pump but it the GC160 seams to work a little bit harder. This was a great replacement pump with no problems so far. At this point I would recommend it if it fits your application but remember in my circumstance it only required a slight modification to the frame to get better access to attach the hi pressure hose. I expect a long service life from this pump due to the hi quality it appears to have when I initially unboxed it ..... time will tell.

Brought life back to a broken pressure washer
After 10 years of service the old pressure washer pump cracked, and was nice to find a good quality replacement. Looks even higher quality than the original. Installation was a breeze. Used it several times now for some large projects (probably 30 hrs of use) with zero problem. The pump itself came pre-filled with oil, and I couldnt see any advantage to using the extended oil thing they included withe th pump, and works fine.

Works. Note no oil included. Small
Hooked to a 5hp Yamaha. Compared to the last pump head this pump head is smaller and has less volume of water. If you are booking this up to a 5 hp I would go up a few psi and gpm than listed on this pump head.

Came prefilled with oil.
Paperwork that comes with it says you need to fill it with oil before use. I pulled the fill plug and it looked like it had some oil, but I wasn't taking for granted that it was full. I pulled the drain plug and it was full probably with the correct amount of oil. I let it drain then refilled it with Cat Pump oil from Home Depot (it's green for some reason) and it worked great, had to turn the pressure down from full pressure so it didn't kill the engine I put it on. Planning to put it on a new 6.5hp Predator engine.Update: I mounted this on my new 6.5hp 212cc Predator engine from Harbor Freight and holy cow, pressure is high enough that I had to literally hold the wand with both hands or it flies up at me. That engine and this pump are a fantastic and economical combination for a high pressure gas pressure washer.Update again: I upgraded my garden hose with high flow quick connects and attached a pressure gauge and used a 3/8" 4000psi hose and adjusted the outlet pressure to 2500psi and I don't believe it is only at 2500psi because I can hardly hold on to it now, powaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!

Great
Was a direct fit. I replaced a cheaper pump, and is a great solutions as the old pump was bad but the rest of the pressure washer was fine. This came full of oil, so I'll run it for a bit with the oil it came with, then drain it assuming I'll have some break in wear and then replace the oil. Seems of high-quality, but I can't speak to the longevity - I have no reason to suspect it won't last for years to come though.

Water inlet not correct
The water inlet does not fit a standard size garden. So I really can't write a review for the pump as I am having a hard time converting whatever size this is to fit my hose. What a pain

Fantastic pressure... for an hour, then, not so much!
I bolted this pump to a 212cc Predator engine from HF. Once I got the bolts from an auto parts store, I was up and running. Superb pressure...for about an hour, then I got pulsating pressure. Then I got steady pressure but it was about half or less of the original pressure. I checked the unloader to see if it was jammed with debris. Nope. The o-ring didn’t seat properly and pinched when I was tightening. Luckily I had another one to fit. I tried and tried to figure out how to get the good pressure back. The strangest thing would make it run up to full pressure- if I reduced the flow to the pump (from garden hose) and let it slowly return to free flow the Leaving work pw would get up to full pressure...for a few seconds or minutes. Then 1/3 the pressure again. Man, I really want this to work because it had fantastic pressure for a while. I just couldn’t see any indication of what was plugged or sticking. Hate to return it. Maybe I just got a bum unit. I would have given it 1 star if I didn’t have a have hope for this brand and model. Again, maybe I got a bad unit (even though there was a cheap cardboard hangy thing that said it passed the inspection. LOL)

Excellent pump, plug and play, very good value great product support !
Replaced pump on Troy Bilt pressure washerThis pump is awesome, well made and very powerful. The pressure regulator is a bonus and functions very well.Installation was plug and play. Had a few questions so I reached out to Canpump.Their support was excellent. They are located in Ontario and are very knowledgeable ! In regards to pump oil issues. The pump comes with the required amount of oil already in the pump.. To check oil. This is done by removing top temporary plug, take the dipstick off the breather tube, insert dipstick into pump. Then once you have verified that the oil is full, install the breather tube into threaded opening reinstall dipstick into breather tube and hand tighten the breather tube. The breather tube must be removed each time to verify the oil level.

Works with Champion Pressure Washers
Bought it to replace a defective pump on a champion 76525 pressure washer and it works great, it's easy to install although the instructions for the oiling are a bit confusing. Overall good product.

Seems like a good pump for the money and brought new life to my older pressure washer.
Used to replace a tired and worn pump on my older gas pressure washer that besides the pump was otherwise a good machine.Fit and finish of this pump looks good, installation was straightforward the it has worked well and as expected on the first few uses.Four stars for initial impressions, if it provides a decent service life it will earn the 5th star.Note and recommendation: unit was shipped partially filled with a viscous dark oil product . Drain and fill with proper pump lube, run for a short duration, drain and fill again with new pump oil. Oil changes are easy on this pump.

Works great
While the physical size of this is significantly smaller than the original one I had on my Honda 5.5hp pressure washer, put this one on and it puts out lots of pressure and volume, seems like even more than what I had. (However it had hundreds of hours on it so Im sure was weaker than what it was when new)

Excellent
My husband likes this pump it’s a better pump then was on his power washer and works great and also has a drain plug which the factory one didn’t have one. 👍
