License plate frame outside dimensions: 12-3/8" x 6-3/8" License plate frame inside opening dimensions: 11-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" deep at outer corners, 4" deep below top imprint panel. Pre-drilled holes at top only are 5/16" diameter and spaced 6-31/32" apart. There are no pre-drilled holes at the bottom of the license plate frame. License plate frame is constructed of sturdy black plastic, with a product standard thickness of approximately 1/16". White imprint is screenprinted and heatsealed onto the license plate frame. License plate frame will enclose a license plate measuring 12-1/8" wide x 6-1/8" high or less. This license plate frame fits most state's plate and sticker requirements. Please check with your state laws to determine the legality of the frame. We will not be responsible for license plate frames deemed illegal.
