This is not military surplus stuff. The product I received is packed with new good quality items matching the military requirements. The Tactical Medic did not substitute substandard pieces to save a few bucks. Well worth the price if you have trouble sorting the good from the bad on your own.

Same as issued . I bought the used one ($5.99) and had to sew the inside pocket but even before I sewed it it would have still held up excellent. (has tan buckle)
