This soup can be thick or thin, depending on how much water you add. It is excellent either way! I purchase this 10 boxes of 4 packets at a time so I don't run out!. Add hot water from my coffee maker, three minutes, and I don't even have to leave my office to have lunch. No more running up 2 flights of stairs to use the microwave! Delicious, hearty, quick and easy to make!

Great for backpacking. Very enjoyable and creamy. Just give it a moment to cool down to get optimal texture. I plan on purchasing again.

I purchased this taking the "this has no flavor" reviews into consideration and knew I'd likely have to add some seasoning, however this is because I only drink soups with a bit of spiciness to them. Was looking for a different potato soup base than what we have available in the States. This soup 100% fits the non-processed taste I was going for; all of the widely available soup bases/ mixes stateside have an indescribable factory made/ plastic taste to them in my opinion. Literally grew up on Campbells soup an swear they all have the same aftertaste. This soup tastes homemade to me...but it is extremely bland......I added the following; 1/2 tsp black pepper - 2 shakes Creole Seasoning (Tony C's, y'all know which one ) - 1/4 tsp Chili powder - 2 shakes parmesan cheese. Yummy.P. S. for the UK folks; its cool how y'all actually bother to put contextual nutritional information on your labels. It's almost like your government has established competent regulatory agencies, or perhaps they also care if you are fit and healthy. That is such a novel concept here.

The consistency of this soup is nice. It’s hearty and delicious. It’s easy to make. This soup is a convenient lunch.

When it comes to instant soup you often get something that's very salty and very watery. That is not the case with this. This potato leek soup comes out thick and creamy after adding water. It is absolutely delicious and has become one of my favorites. Sometimes I just have it plain but other times I sprinkle in a few bacon bits and some mini croutons top with a little black pepper and even add a teaspoon of cooking sherry. I did that and served it for company and they thought I had made a gourmet soup all by myself! Tomorrow night I am serving it with a little bit of crumbled crab meat added in, a touch of Sherry and a sprinkling of fresh grated parmesan. I highly recommend this soup it's delicious just as it is but it's also versatile and can be dressed up when needed. For an instant soup this one really delivers with the flavor and the texture of a homemade soup!

Tastes good, fills an empty spot and warming. Just right to tide one over between meals or add a sandwich for a more filling meal.There are four soup packets in a box. Empty packet in a mug, add eight to ten ounces of hot water and stir from the bottom to dissolve all.

This cup of soup surprised me with how thick it is. Not watery at all and great for dipping

Tasteless and watery . That's all I cam really say. No chuncks of potato at all. A few traces of leeks. I would call it potato water with a trace of onion

The price jumps around from 10.99 to 12;99 which is the highest that I will pay for 4 packets instant soup.Excellant in the morning or for an afternoon snack. The croutons are just right. Takes about 5 or 6 weeks but arrives nicely and securely packaged. Love it.
