Smaller worked out best for me
I originally bought the larger version thinking this would better suit cake mixing and flour/dough mixing. I found it slightly too big for the usual size mixing bowls - and so got the smaller one which is perfect. Both of them are very well made & fit nicely into the hand and are so easy to use compared to the drag caused by a spoon. Can see these lasting a very long time and used frequently. They are a joy to use when stirring or mixing.

Great addition to the team
My main baking obsession is pizza making, and this does a good job on the initial mix but does require forearms of steel if you're making a low hydration dough. If you're goal is a no-knead higher hydration dough then this whisk is probably all you'll need.MUCH better suited for cake or other batters, or even the likes of scone dough. Actually a bit of a joy to use for this - I find mixing batters and doughs to be quite therapeutic - and considerably better than trying to use a wooden spoon.You'd probably need to be serious about your baking to justify the space in your utensil drawer but once you've used it you're unlikely to want to go back.
