I cannot stress enough how important tags are for your animals. We have a husky and what you've heard is true, they are escape artists. She got out of our family members privacy fenced back yard without us knowing. After we discovered that she was gone we went searching and finally found her at our house. Someone had read her tag and brought her home then our neighbor attached her to her lead in the yard. I've never been so happy that I had purchased something in my life.If you have extra information you want on the tag then buy two. We have one with our address and phone numbers then a separate one with her microchip number, an alert that she is on seizure medicine and that she is an escape artist!The durability is very good and if you're worried about it getting scratched then add a layer of clear gel polish and cure it under a lamp. Worked for us!

I am a senior and I do a lot of travelling and thought the idea of a quick reference with important information about me or my doggy…my meds and contact info in case I was in an accident or otherwise wasn’t able to give this information personally…great peace of mind and would recommend it for anyone…kids, older people, travellers, actually…anyone….. Impressed and Satisfied, are the two words I'd use to describe this. The price is almost $10 cheaper than the local chain pet-store laser-engraved aluminum tags however the quality is FAR superior.The Tag appears to be stainless steel, it's about twice as thick as the tags at PetSmart. The laser-engraved markings of the letters are dark and bold. Like other reviewers, I too was curious if the tag was actually laser-engraved or painted. I have access to a high-power microscope at work, so I put it under the microscope and took a photo - that photo is included in this review. The laser striations can clearly be seen burned into the stainless steel surface actually vaporizing away some of the steel giving it depth. These are tags are definitely laser-engraved, NOT painted.Our dog's name has an umlaut on one of the characters (a German "U" with two dots over it). These folks were able to reproduce that with zero issues - The machine at PetSmart simply can't do that... we tried.It arrived in only 4 or 5 days ...that's impressive for something that's custom. I'm extremely pleased and satisfied. I'd highly recommend it. I highly recommend this tag.

All my puppies are microchipped but we do a lot of traveling so I like to keep a tag on each pup. These are two sided and have enough room for the pups name and two phone numbers on one side and our name and address on the other side. Plus, they're small enough, and still very clear, that it doesn't look like my Yorkie is hauling around a ball and chain. They are very sturdy and look like they'll last for years. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

I bought those for my dog after reading a lot of people just loosing there dogs. I just don’t understand all these people that can’t spend $10.00 for a tag with the pets name and phone number. If my dog got lost at least he has this tag to contact me. My dog is also chipped and licensed I would feel terrible if something happened to my dog and they couldn’t get in touch with me. I recommend to everyone. these are worth the price and my dogs life.

Thankfully, my dog had another tag, as this one took two weeks to receive and I would have been uncomfortable for him going that long without one. The tag arrived via USPS in a small paperboard container that made it look like a thick junk mail postcard. The tag itself is very sturdy and very nice. It comes with a metal loop, so it can be fastened to the dog collar. I really like that it is easy to read and allowed for a ton of information. We had our dog's name, address, and a phone number on the front side and on the backside, "I am loved. Help me get home." With both "Mom" and "Dad"'s phone numbers.

I had a dog tag made for our puppy at PetSmart's automatic machine, and you could barely see the font. This was slightly frustrating, as the safety of my dog is the top priority. I ordered this tag as a replacement, and it came SO fast even with the personalizations!! I was able to fit our address, unit number, and both mine and my fiance's phone numbers/names on the back. It looks so good and the writing is actually engraved on the tag, so I can tell it will last a long time. I'm so glad that I came across this company and this tag - great product for a great price!!!

Ordered the item and it arrived as promised. The item was exactly as advertised. Stamped Stainless steel, highly polished and laser etched with stainless spring ring. Very good quality. Will buy again as needs arise.Nice to deal with a company that provides a product that is exactly as advertised.

Lovely looking but not engraved, rather printed. Its been on for two months now and hasn't worn away yet, but it's still not as described. Also it took a long time to deliver as I hadn't realised it wasn't in the UK. It's doing the job for now though and it isn't exactly pricey, so still gets ok stars from me.

I ordered two of these to tie to the front of memory boxes for my daughters. Well made, exactly what I was looking for. Well worth the cost. They took about five weeks to arrive as they were shipped from America, but I wasn’t in a hurry for them.

The item seemed great to start with and we were really happy, but we went for one of our walks (only weeks since we received it) returned home and discovered some of the engraving has faded! Not a happy bunny.

Takes ages to arrive but it's lovely, very clear information on it, well made.
