The flavor on the grape cotton candy is good, I’m not a fan of either flavor on its own however this isn’t overly sweet. It mixes well and haven’t had any clumping issues.From a performance standpoint this one even at one scoop provides a good amount of energy with no crash. It has a good bit of focus but doesn’t wander into the cracked out feeling some other products have. It has good pumps and blood flow and can be stacked with any pump or non-stimulant product.

Iron Bros never fails!!! I have had my fair share of preworkout from multiple companies, but this is my #1. Clear focused energy from RUTHLESS that doesnt stop. No crash or jitters from this product. When I use this I am in the zone and my workouts are efficient. Flavor is amazing too. I am a big fan of fully disclosing ingredients and that’s one area IRON BROS succeeds at. No junk, just real ingredients to keep you pumping through any workout.

About time for a decent pre without theanine in it...

I've been a huge fan of Iron Brothers for years. Once i heard that a new version of the preworkout was dropping i was pumped. Finally the day came and the new tub arrived at my door. Let me tell you The new look on the label to the updated ingredients make this a top choice in preworkouts.Great energy without the crashMixes absolutely amazing. No clumps and no left over residue.The flavor is top notch and unlike any flavor on the market.One scoop does the job but for those hard days when you need the extra boost you can two scoop it without feeling all jacked up on caffeine.This is a great product at an affordable price.

About average preworkout. The stim is mild enough to avoid the jitters (2 scoops) and this one doesn’t give you the weird tingling sensations. I’d consider this a step up from C4 or other mainstream preworkout, but nothing to write home about.

Fro the price the pre workout is really hard to beat. I have used a lot of over priced stuff and I am glad there is a company making a good product at a good price! My energy is through the roof and the pumps are really good. The flavoring is spot on.. not to sweet or sour. I am definitely gonna be buying another tub.

WHOOOOOO!! LET ME TELL YOU!! Im a HUGE fan! I started w Iron Brothers w the fat burner and loved it!! So I figure this is gonna be good too! Well!! Its AMAZING! Nice clean energy to push thru a heavy workout! RIDICULOUS focus as well! I did not want to stop lifting..this pre made me want to just keep going! I am a customer for LIFE! And the flavor!! Really delicious..and mixed perfectly! The thing I loved about this pre the most was the INSANE PUMP I got!! My chest felt like it was going to split my skin apart!! Cant wait to try other flavors..this is my new GO TO!!
