These are the only mouth guards that work for me
These are the only mouth guards that work for me. One mouth guard lasts about 1 month. Just depends sometimes 2 weeks. I' microwave, a cup of hot water. Use the little blue stick that comes with it. I dip it in very very hot water A microwave my cup for 3 minutes a coffee cup. But then i dip mold into h2o until it's almost see through the silicone or whatever material they used to make it. and then I put it directly in my mouth in front of a mirror. you line the little dip at the top. That would be where front teeth are when u put the hot mold in your mouth to shape. That little dip up lines up with the middle of your Little dip in your top lip and then you gently bite down. And you can use your fingers to push it and molded up around your teeth. I usually cut off the back ends. Where about my last 2 teeth on each side would be. that way It's not so hard on my jaw at night Time and I can get more air to breathe also. I feel it works better that way. A dentist actually told me that because. I was waking up with a sore jaw in the morning from biting down so hard in my sleep On this piece of plastic. Well so hard, it was making my back jaw, sore. it was a genius idea that worked perfectly. I wash the mold off in the morning with a toothbrush & a little rubbing alcohol to kill any bacteria. Some people just wash them off with toothpaste to kill any bacteria, whatever your preference is. Just make sure to rinse it really well!! Cool water. one time I did not rinse it really well and I had A little bit of rubbing alcohol sitting on my tongue at night and was stinging my tongue a little. I still do it the first way I just rinse it really well an it's fine. I highly recommend these. It's an excellent price. I go through 2 boxes in about a year. Which is in a good deal compared To not having to have any more teeth pulled or any more damage Done to my teeth from clenching at night. Clenching at night without using his mouth guard well My teeth were getting all chipped & broken & they were moving. I had to have 2 back teeth on each side of my mouth removed. Because I had impacted them & cracked them when you're asleep. If you have nightmares or bad dreams and if you've had any trauma, your body will automatically go into protective mode because you're sleeping and you won't even know it. And you'll be clenching your biting down way to hard. if your gums are white and Bumpy like cauliflower gums That's what the dentist called It then chances are you're clenching your teeth at night and not even knowing it. But I was having headaches and facial pain from doing that. I use these mouth guards and it has solved 95% of the issue of the problems maybe more I was having. I highly recommend these. It's been a life changer for me big time & saved the rest of my teeth. This Is it definitely A 5 star product, I have tried other brands. They don't work. Also they have a money back guarantee. The dentist tried to sell me a 5 to $700 mouth guard specially made I almost got it & then my friend told me she got one from the dentist. And it's exactly the same as these pretty much. But she ruined it and bit through it in about a month's time. I asked the dentist how long they usually lasted And she honestly answered said some people a month. And all that money would be wasted. So I would rather use these!! Which are not a big plasticity hard thing in your teeth your mouth When you're trying to sleep. You get used to It after a while and you don't even feel it in your mouth at night Time. especially if you cut off the sides where your two back teeth would be on each side. But this is my story & I'm sticking to it. This is my honest review. As descriptive as possible .It works and I've been using this product. This brand for several years now & I would not change it for anything. I hope this review helped someone. This is my pictures after I made my molds tonight and i cut off The back edges where the last 2 teeth on each side would be.

Must be trimmed like most. No scent. Holds up well.
I had been looking for a different set of mouth guards for bruxism due to a prior brand smelling like a plastic swamp on a recent purchase. These have almost no scent, and they seem to be made and cured properly. I have no idea how or why some of these products absolutely reek of plastic and chemicals, but I am not ever accepting a product again that does. It's not normal. Don't accept it.In store you are basically getting fleeced, paying upward of 15 bucks for ONE plastic or silicone guard. This is a great deal by that standard. They list silicone for these, but I am not quite sure what they are made from. It works much better than some of these store bought ones that claim to be made with vinyl or other chemicals. I shredded a couple of those ones in days from Walmart. These hold up quite well for the cost. I'd say I usually start to see degradation after a couple weeks, and these are still looking okay. I expect a guard to last about 2 weeks to 1 month for me personally, and that's why the 12 pack is such a huge issue.A lot of guards start to break apart, and you might be eating those bits if the deterioration becomes too much. Nobody in their right mind should pay 15 dollars for what amounts to a tiny bit of chemicals in a mold that will last two weeks. They are very easily made overseas or even in the US. That is why Honeybull is giving you 12 of them here. Because they are still making good profit. Now imagine the profit on selling 1 of these for basically the same price lol! And with worse quality!By their factory mold these do NOT fit in your mouth well. You NEED to trim these. In fact you need to TRIM ALL MOUTH GUARDS TO FIT YOUR UNIQUE MOUTH. I do NOT boil them but put them into hot water to get semi-molded. Use a small sauce pan for the least amount of water wasted. Never do 20 seconds of boiling water ever. It's complete overkill and almost always ruins or partially ruins the mold. You don't necessarily want a deformed mold that is softer than normal, as that will lead to degradation for many quickly. Just start with 5 seconds in not quite boiling water and go from there. These are big guards even for the slim version. Cut the back section of the guard off completely to your preference, and then trim the height so it fits in your mouth. Adjust as needed as you trim. I trim the front wall almost completely off. This is necessary so you can fit the entire guard in your mouth, close it, and sleep without drooling. What you are left with is basically more of a half piece guard, and this is EXACTLY what you need. You should be able to breathe and close your mouth completely with this guard in. Can't? You haven't trimmed your guard properly. Follow these directions and this guard will be absolute heaven at night. Minimal or no drool. Covers all relevant teeth. Nothing jutting in between your lips to crowbar your mouth open leading to drool on pillows. After a couple wears you barely notice them. I cut basically the entire mold to what amounts to a mostly flat tray in my mouth, leaving the centered tongue protector on. When I bite down most of the pressure is spread from the front to the middle, and the smaller guard works better because your mouth feels in a more natural state. Even when biting hard, a smaller guard should protect all teeth without needing a section to cover the back.I have severe bruxism at night, and this seems to be work best for me while allowing me to breathe and sleep on my side. One should be able to CLOSE their entire mouth without leaking on their side. If you cannot close your mouth with this in it and be comfortable, then you have NOT trimmed your guard properly. It's that simple. So far this is the best deal for mouth guards I have found. The silicone, or whatever, material seems to hold up quite well, though, slight degradation will get to it after a couple weeks like always. But so far they have kept a pretty smooth and robust appearance compared to some of the more useless and softer guards, which do not hold up for even a week.Lastly, I always soak my guard in some soap and water before use anyway. Just to get any gunk off that might be from the factory. That's about all you need to know for these mouth guards. I hope you find what you need. Bruxism sucks!

Almost 2 months use
Very easy to mold. Fits great. I like that I can trim it down to the size I need. It’s comfortable and does its job of protecting my teeth. I did manage to grind through the first one just shy of 2 months of use - which is worse than the old mouthguard brand I used (could do 4 months with that one) but this still is more cost efficient even if I go through one a month.

Good, but too bulky for small mouths. Get the thin version
These molded really well and I didn’t have pain from grinding or clenching my teeth so overall these worked, but if you have a smaller mouth like me I recommend buying the thin version. The thicker ones were too bulky and prevented me from closing my mouth when I slept and I stopped using them for that reason, but I’m getting the thin version so hopefully those work better. You also have to trim them down to fit your mouth which I was t a big fan of.
