A must have for instant pot users
I love how simple and healthy these recipes are! As a busy mom, I rely on my instant pot multiple times a week to help me get dinner on the table. I'm always looking up recipes on pinterest, but it seems to be the same things over and over, or worse- I try a recipe and it's a flop. Urvashi's recipes are tried and true, and use ingredients I typically have on hand. I've made many of her dishes (check out her instant pot fast and easy book) and I have never been disappointed. Please do yourself a "flavor" and get this cook book. ;)

Exactly what I needed
I love cooking with my Instant Pot — but so many cookbooks and blogs are crammed with recipes that are more indulgent than I can make on a regular basis. This book has easy to make healthy recipes that are far from bland and boring. Cooking times are perfect!

Positively awesome collection of recipes
This cookbook is yet another home run by author Urvashi Pitre. I now have all 9 and I love every single one. This cookbook has so many scrumptious recipes it’s hard to decide which to do first. As all of Urvashi's recipes, they’re fast, easy peasy and just positively to die for. Every recipe is a smash hit! You’ll love this cookbook and will want to run and get the other 8.

Easy to use, well tested recipes
This cook book is very well written with clear instructions. The recipes are all tested thoroughly. I highly recommend this author.

WONDERFUL!!
I absolutely loved this cookbook. I purchased an Instant Pot and was looking for some exciting and new recipes but healthy! There are so many recipes and the pictures are so colorful. Easy to read and understand. I ordered the author's other book Vegetarian Instant Pot!!

Easy and yummy cookbook!
This cookbook is great! Lots of yummy, easy to do recipes. The recipes are easy to understand, with step by step instructions. These recipes are no fail!

Urvashi Pitre writes great cookbooks. She writes very relatable and easy to use recipes that will never let you down. The recipes in this book are so delicious that you'll never think of them as being healthy.

Includes nutrition information
I loved this cookbook. I have several of Urvashi's cookbooks. I especially like that she included nutrition facts for each recipe. The index is very helpful because it has entries by main ingredient as well as titles of recipes. So I can look under "quinoa" instead of trying to find "Fantastic breakfast quinoa." Instructions are clear. REcipes for both vegetarians and meat eaters.

Love this book
Wow..amazing book so far have made Beef Daube (so tasty, meat fell apart) and stroganoff (substituted with chicken for the beef and low fat creme fraiche) both tasted delicious.I have several pages bookmarked too ready to try.I Like that the recipes are simple and don’t require lots of ingredients/ingredients that you don’t usually have in your cupboard. Also they don’t take up too much time either so easy to get a lovely meal on the table in an evening without spending hours in the kitchen.Definitely get it if you’re considering it / not sure
