Camera arrived after several weeks and it did come a few days early! Using this on a 2012 Macbook Pro and as soon as I plugged it in we went to Facetime and called the grand parents! (Our internal camera stopped working and it was more to repair than to replace the Macbook!). Picture quality was terrible as soon as I got to the Facetime preview and the manual focus didn't seem to improve that until the Facetime chat connected and the picture quality dramatically improved. There is a switch on the back to turn on the four LED lights and those lights are BRIGHT! May be useful for some applications but for video chatting with family members it is not needed. This camera is a bit bulky and does have a large presence when sitting on top of the screen but it can also be setup to stand on a table or something on its own. Overall, I am glad we purchased it as all other economy webcams are very difficult to find at the moment. I would recommend!

In the title it says clip and rotatable. It has neither. I am sure it is fine camera but did not clip on and did not rotate. Would recommend Amazon amend the listing.

I only bought this rather than a name-brand because of the webcam shortage now that everyone is working from home. The colors are off and the manual focus ring is annoying. There also isn't a recording-in-progress indication light so I'm slightly paranoid that this thing is streaming back to some foreign government when it's plugged in. I'm going to keep using it until I receive a better camera and then I plan to throw it in a drawer or donate it. I don't recommend this unless you're desperate.

Fast connect and ready for use. Purchased for kids school work and has made submitting their assignments a whole lot easier!! Shipping was delayed but not any more than other purchases. Contacted seller and received prompt response.

It arrived 3 days earlier than it originally said ! Yayyy ! The webcam is indeed clear, in term of visuals. But the mic on mine is static. It doesn't work well :(

Product arrived in good working order. Very easy to use. Grateful to find a good webcam in this time of sheltering in place.

Ok, I got the video to work, although it doesn't seem like a big improvement over my built-in camera on my Apple MacBook Pro. The problem is that if the camera is *far enough away* to get a proper headshot, then the microphone is *too far away* to pick up the voice. When testing the mike, it keeps saying "move the mike closer."I tried other combinations--Apple AirPods, a third-party headset with mike, but apparently the webcam (computer?) cannot pick up the sound from those sources while using the video from the webcam.Will attempt to return.P.S. the vendor will not accept a return, but will send me a another webcam. Will post after I try it out
