Excellent highly portable printer for RS-232, Bluetooth and USB operation.
This is an excellent product. I plan to use this as an RS-232C printer so I contacted the company for support. They were extremely helpful. I actually sent one back without fully understanding the documentation. I wish now I could get it back. When I got the second one I had the same problem. This time I read the documentation several times and realized that to power it on you don't just press power on and release it. You press and hold it for several seconds.I first set it up as a USB printer using the included printer driver. It set up a M-1(USB) printer. I then printed a narrow carriage printout to it and it worked IMMEDIATELY. I haven't worked on the Bluetooth features but I am sure they work equally as well.
