This product is amazing. The best tasting electrolyte supplement I have tried. The ONLY con is a brief aftertaste in my mouth after a sip but it goes away quickly. I won’t buy another brand. The flavor is amazing. It doesn’t leave water feeling thick or slimy in any way. I put a scoop in a few ounces of water and swirl in my cup for just a few seconds then I add ice and more water immediately! If you know about powder supplements, you know that is amazing! I went with the Amazon recommended ‘best seller’ my first time and I was dissapointed. Get Ketologic!

Keto works super well for me, but every time I embark on transitioning into it I get the classic flu feeling. I'll have to lay in bed for 2-4 hours to get over that same feeling that I only ever feel when I'm sick Zero energy. Well, I finally traced it down to low electrolytes, as I started drinking 8 oz of water with half a tsp of salt in it and all of those keto flu symptoms went away. However, drinking that down is difficult and nasty. I was stoked to find this product. It tastes good, and it is clearly made for solving this problem. I had initially tried a different brand but the sodium level was way lower than this product and didn't help at all. The pineapple flavor is a lot like a low carb gatorade g2. The magnesium and potassium is a huge plus. All in all - It does exactly what it was made to do and I'm really happy with it.

Drank it & in 10 minutes threw up. Does not totally dissolve, left with small clumps no matter how much you shake it. Taste is very blah, it's thick and almost slimmy. I even gave it a 2nd chance and tried it again the next day...no different then the first day

This electrolyte blend does what I wanted it to, which is that half a scoop clears up brain fog and gives me energy when I’m feeling sluggish. However, the flavor isn’t very strong, and the powder doesn’t dissolve thoroughly. The powder rapidly sinks to the bottom, and plenty of powder is left at the bottom of the glass, well after you’ve drank all of the flavoring away.

This powder drink is pretty tasteless and it doesn't stay dissolved in water. You have to shake the bottle each time you drink. It was priced lower than the other electrolyte replacement drinks but I guess that's why...it's not a very good product. Thumbs down.
