I really like this doorstop and wanted to keep it, but it's too lightweight. I bought it for the laundry room door that leads to our attached garage. That particular door is heavier than our other interior doors and I only need it propped open when we are bringing in groceries. Anyway, this doorstop doesn't work for our heavier door, so I have to return it. Other than that, it appears to be well made and it's very cute.

The stars rating asked me to rate if it was lightweight, and I gave 2 stars for that -- how silly! The whole point is that it's heavy enough to hold a door open.And it does so in adorable style. My son who is very into anime loved it -- I picked it with him in mind.

I love it!!

I loved this little guy. Unfortunately it wasn’t heavy enough to hold open my door leading to the garage. It’s made well and has what felt like a sand bottom. I have wood floors as well so that was against me because the little guy kept sliding on the floor. I think if it was on carpet or maybe just tile it’d have a better chance of staying in place. It’s adorable and way better than a regular door stopper.

This cute little doorstop works great. It’s heavy enough to hold a standard door in place.It wouldn’t hold a door with push. If you need to hold a door that closes on its own you’ll need something to wedge under it, or more weight.

Adorable. Does what it’s supposed to do and when I forget it’s there and accidentally kick it, it doesn’t hurt my foot! Great buy.

Lovely and cute however not as much weight in as expected and my 10month old can move it which defeats the object of keeping doors wedged open so he doesn’t keep hitting the door on his head

Love the look of this but it hasn’t got enough weight or stability at the bottom to stay upright. The head either lops over or it falls over on its side.
