One of the smartest one I have ever used
The media could not be loaded. My apartment is not a big one, the other vacuum robots that I've tried before usually ended up stuck at the corner and need me to rescue them, then it makes the same mistake again the next time. This one is so far the smartest one that won't be stuck at the same place, and it actually learns and updates its internal map, so it knows when to turn before hitting things while the room is still really dark. Highly recommend.

It works great and support is very responsive.
So far so good. Only had it going for a couple of days but I like what I see so far. Arrived well packaged. Instructions were OK. Got it put together and on the charger dock. Wifi and remote set up was easy. The next day I waited for it to do it's thing but it didn't do anything. Contacted their online support. Turns out out it was my head space and timing not the vacuum. They got me straight and once I got it the vacuum immediately started doing it's thing. It explored and cleaned the kitchen and living room like 3 times. It got itself out of tight spots several times, had no issues with the table and chairs and went under the sofa and ottoman without a hitch. It only had an issue with one small throw rug once. It got hung up on a corner, but it shut down and waited for me to come clear the problem. It resumed it's cleaning once that was done. I think we will get along fine going forward. Support was great. They even offered to send a few extra supplies for my trouble (even though it was my fault).

I don't want to go back to life before 'Ernie'
This is my first robot vac. We got a real fur ball of a cat from the shelter and knew we would need help right away. I did heaps of research and this robot vac won over the competition hands down. Quiet enough, super suction, easy to get back up brushes and filters. Goes for a few hours after charging. Has no issues rolling from lino to carpet to wood floors, takes it all in stride. will talk to you if it needs help- usually after eating stray fabric conditioner sheets. found all the cats stashed toys under sofa and beds and brings them out for him to play with. I was horrified how much dirt, cat hair, human hair it picks up every time. The floors look clean and are much easier to mop than before, but every time it grabs nasty floor junk i can't see. The cat finds it super shady and follows it everywhere 'supervising' a big win for me when working from home. This is definitely one of the smartest purchases i have made- super happy, money well spent. It's been 3 months so far and its going just as strong as day one. I hope that continues for a long time yet. I never want to go back to life before 'Ernie'.

Do NOT buy
I purchased in March 2020. I have had to replace the brush but I am told by INSE that they do not have replacement brushes. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service dept trying to get an answer as to when and if they will get replacements. I have received a response other than an initial email response that they expected new brushes somewhere between 20-25 days from then- that was back on November 23. Nothing since then. This is also supposed to have a One Year Warranty. They haven't honored that essentially either.In the meantime my vacuum sits unusable. I also have a Roomba which I have had for over 4 years now. Tried to go a less expensive route this time. Big mistake. Stay away from the INSE IMO.

Loving the clean floors
Overall, I’m very pleased with my new vacuum. Janet (as we’ve come to call her) runs at 8 am every morning, and we’ve been very happy with how our floors look as a result - we have two cats plus everyone is home all day thanks to coronavirus, so our floors get pretty gross without her. We only have hardwood, so I cannot speak to how well she does on carpet. My main complaint would be that her map resets if you physically move or direct her with the remote. This is annoying because she somehow manages to bypass the magnetic strip around my cats food bowls on a regular basis, and we have to move her because she can’t get back out, causing her to revacuum areas she has already cleaned. We don’t have this problem with the magnets blocking the bathroom. She is Alexa compatible, and can also be controlled using an app.

The Vacuum that Refuses to Vacuum. DONT BUY THIS ONE
Fair suction. Malfunctions regularly. Difficulty finding charging station. Stops arbitrarily several times during every vacuuming run for no reason. Just stops, in the middle of a clear run on a flat floor, babbles unclear error statements and waits to be reset either by remote or manually. They do not accept returns, the extended warranty that you buy through Amazon is USELESS. THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY. DON'T BUY IT OR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. Don't think you are covered by purchasing the warranty. YOU ARE NOT COVERED. They Ignore you. Won't do anything.

Works good but have to keep the impact plate clean.
Really like the smart cleaning mode and it works really well. Easy to clean and dump the dirt. Have had a couple of issues. The front impact plate/bar gets stuck and the robot stops. Robot announces what the issue is and if you push back and forth on the bar it unsticks it. I think dirt gets trapped on top of the bar and makes it stick. Easy fix but happens often. Also the Robot didn't wasn't showing a fully charged battery. The button on top would not go fully green after charging overnight or days. Contacted the company via Facebook messenger directly from their Facebook page but never got a response, even though it showed they read it. Figured out the fix although completely by accident. After the Robot got trapped and the battery completely died it was put on the charger. After an overnight charge the battery indicatory/power button returned to fully green. Really like the vacuum and it does a good job but a little nervous that if I have a big problem in the future how will the manufacture respond and will there be good support. Not enough of an issue at this time to return the vacuum ( already had a different brand and returned it because it was awful ) but would look at other brands before I purchased this one again.
