Broken upon receipt
I was surprised, first of all, that it didn't arrive in a box. The handle was securely wrapped. The head was not. When I removed the packaging the head fell off. I know I can't return it as carriers will not take items from this end unless they're boxed. So ... I'm stuck with a useless, broken cobweb duster. I bought it to have one on each floor to make my life a little easier. I'm doing anything I can to make things easier as my husband has Alzheimer's disease. So now my money is wasted and I still have to buy another cobweb duster. I do know I won't buy Wilen Professional again.
