The bottom grips are very comfortable. I couldn't feel them as I was walking and are silent! Some are like sand paper but these are more like tire rubber so you don't hear that irritating sound when you walk on the concrete of something scraping. Adhesion is okay, not sure if it'll last since I just purchased them and have only gone a few places. Attached pics of them on the bottom of my shoe. I'm a women's size 5.5 so you can compare how much coverage they would have on your shoe.

My fiance was sceptical about wearing his new fancy shoes that were extremely slippery. I ordered these and placed them under his shoes directly in the front where the tension would be and they were instantly nonslip shoes.

I tried these in heels and flat boots. The heels were stretched and adding the foot and heel pads held them on. The boots were new and rubbed. Adding the heel pad stopped the rubbing. Highly recommend

The quality is very good. The price was reasonable to me, and there were alot of inserts, so you get your money worth.
