The Suspension sleeve is worn under The Orthopedic Guys OA Unloader knee brace. It is worn next to the skin, to help suspend the OA Reliever knee brace and prevent knee orthosis from migrating.

Good Product
I am an averaged sized person. Don't think this would work well for anyone smaller. I think the Velcro position on straps would prevent a smaller or thinner person from being able to secure the brace. Think a few extra straps that were shorter would make it more universal.
