Beautiful skirt. Great quality and material. My daughter can use if for her ballet class, but we purchased it to use for a Vanellope costume. Runs slightly small. I have a very petite 4 year old. She only wears a size 2/3t for skirts and shorts, but I bought a 4/5 and it fit perfectly.
