The product is great. It worked so fast. I am more disappointed in the online Samsung menu - it really is poor. We have a newer Samsung TV, and I just assumed the online capabilities would be the same. But with this older TV, the online features are so basic. I really wanted to get the YouTube app, but this app doesn't provide it. If anyone has hints on how to improve this let me know. It's an older TV but the internet capabilities should be the same.

No instructions, won't work, no means to contact tech support, no receipt included or on line, so no way to return this device for a refund, so no way I'll ever deal again with whoever I bought this from on Amazon, and this makes potential Amazon purchases look bad. I needed a plug-in LAN to use my Smart TV feature, and this was advertised as such a LAN and operable with my specific Samsung. I plugged it in to the LAN plug no problem, but it has continuously failed even after I've had savior techies give it a try. It's too large to fit into a standard plug. Whoever made and/or advertised this ZMLM thing should be thrown in a hole and denied any contact with the outside world. I want my money back!

Works perfectly , I highly recommend!! I have a Samsung smart Dvd 3d Blue Ray with surround sound connected. It has a slot in back for a wifi stick. I have had it for over 10 years never brought the wifi adapter for it. 10 years later, I used the one I just brought on amazon and it works great. Highly recommended AAA+++

I have a 2011 samsung un55d6000sf smart tv. It works! If it doesn't connect with the password of your router, then try the (wps) button option instead and try to connect.

I plugged this into my HDMI 1 port and went to settings on my 2011 Samsung SMART TV ...internet ...wireless...and connected to my hotspot provided through my mobile phone connection. I was so easy and fast, and now I can get rid of my land line, since the connection through my phone is plenty fast enough for streaming Netflix and other movies. I use the Pandora and other streaming apps that are on the SMART TV and it works perfectly. I can also have my mobile phone in a different location and stream other content with that. My family has two different media choices and 2 different locations in the house now...YAY!!

I thought nI could take a shortcut and use this instead of an ANDROID box.NOPE.It does work for upgrading the firmware of the TV though.
