Works well with Lightroom or Photoshop as a stand alone. Downloaded from xrite the colorchecker program, after a bit of issues with having it work with lightroom, my images show a great difference with the light and color. If you set your lighting correctly for indoor shoots you will see a subtle difference in WB but the color will pop and make the subject stand out. When using it outdoors for portraits or landscape, make sure you always photograph the card if you move positions, such as from shade to sunlight or from water reflection to sand etc.

Although this is probably not a typical use, we use this card in before and after pictures of residential pressure washing jobs to show that there has been no color manipulation. It is noticed by customers considering the company.

The gray scale is useful during a shoot to set exposure. Take a picture of the reference during the shoot and then it is helpful in setting white balance and adjusting color in post. It is printed, so the screen can be seen in close up pictures or under a mafnifying glass.

I can't say the colors are inaccurate, but without a digital version that is verified by the same company, you don't have any way to compare the card to its actual colors on a screen. That alone should make this worthless, but to pile on, the card is translucent! Direct light on the card invalidates all the colors as well, as the translucency basically makes it glow. DO NOT BUY. Yes it's cheap but if you need something like this, spend 100 and get something legit.

Not a particularly "tough" card. Also, the card would be far more useful it the PMS numbers for each square were provided.(I looked on their website and could not find it there either.)

many of the colors have black ink smudged on them which renders the colors almost useless. save your money or print your own. trash product, very disappointed
