Delicious and so so much more nutritious than other Cocoa powders. Excellent. Used in a coffeeshop setting in a cocoa shaker, and to make a few chocolate drinks - I don't know what to say other than this is some great cocoa. Rich, full bodied flavor, heady aromas, smooth aftertaste...

As other reviewers have said, this is tasty and needs no sweetener! I still needed to mix it with just a little milk to get it to dissolve before mixing it with the rest of the milk, but that's no biggie.

This cocoa is a excellent product. It is a fine ground powder that mixes well with liquids and is quite smooth. The chocolate flavor is intense and satisfies the craving. I use it for baking, hot chocolate and adding to coffee for a mocha. I will purchase this again.

Very fine, smooth powder. Makes wonderful cocoa. It is alkalized so it mixes well. Used it in baking and it is the best I've used.
