Women's Autumn Winter Double Layer Pleated Retro Silk Long Skirt

I bought this skirt with high hopes, but after waiting almost a month for it to arrive it looked nothing like the photos! I am only 5'0 and the skirt droops to a weird place between my shin & ankles. The material is really bad, like a cheap tablecloth almost. It is not flowy or a-lined as pictured, but rather stiff and straight down. The color is also weird, like a cheap kid's superhero costume but the colour is dull. Highly unflattering! The model in the photo was either 4 feet tall or this is a fake product!! Which makes more sense to you?When I contacted the seller, I only received poor customer service. The seller was rude and kept making excuses for not being able to return my money, even though they knew the product they sold was no good!! I will edit my review if the seller gets back in touch with me but be warned that this is a Chinese scam.
