No no no!
First let me tell you their miserable to get into your shoe just right. you'll be pulling them up and sticking them down over and over and over. When you finally get them close enough to wear your shoes you'll discover there isn't enough padding to do any good and they actually kind of hurt! I kept mine because I tried to use them and didn't want to return a used product. Save your money there's got to be something better. But to the manufacturer's thanks for the effort.

Flattens immediately
Unfortunately they did nothing for relieving ball of foot pain for me. They flattened immediately and did nothing for my foot pain. If you actually need support, you’d probably need something with a denser foam.

Helpful
Heels are never comfortable for me, but I love wearing them. These definitely help! They make the shoes I have put them in much more bearable. The contours that they are made with are a bonus. I've used ones that are just flat, but these are much better. I feel like they also provide some grip so that my feet aren't pushing forward into the shoe toe box as much too. I will be buying more.

I liked the fact that the product can with different options. I brought them for my sister to wear for in her shoes for a military ball at school.

adds a bit more comfort to the bottom of my heels. very sticky. i wear a 7.5 women's and fits well in my shoes

Works great
I had to go half a side up on a pointy shoe (8 1/2 was to tight and 9 to big) and I didn’t know what to do until someone suggested these. I ended up going for the size 9. It took me a lilt bit just to get the right place inside the shoe. Other than that I think it’s great. My shoe size 9 fits perfect.
