When I was looking for travel cases for my OTCs, I wanted to find something small and portable (as opposed to my bigger organizer for my prescriptions), but also something that would stay closed in my travels. I saw a lot of reviews saying these were hard to open, and while for some that would be a negative, for me it means I don't have to worry about the case opening up and spilling my medicines. I could very easily see this being a frustrating problem for people with RA or others with difficulty opening small clasps or with hand strength issues. If that's the situation, this is not the case for you. It does require some pressure to get the clasp to open. But if you have hand strength, and want a case that will stay shut for sure, I love this case.

This is the smallest and most compact pill case. The only downside compared to others is the lack of a water-resistant seal. It's probably fine for travel bags and cars, but it might be questionable for your pocket or if it gets wet. This is the Westwood case which is no longer available. You also can't beat the price per unit.

I wish the side that opens up was a little more clearly labeled, but otherwise it works great. I’d say each compartment would hold about 10-20 small little pills (like Zyrtec or Benadryl).

This type of glucose tablet case is perfect for me. It is sturdy, compact and lays flat in my clothing so that I can carry and use my tablets discreetly. I want to always make it part of my diabetic management arsenal.

Ok, there's entirely too many pill cases on Amazon. i was looking for a pocket sized case for a 5x/d single small pill. Most others are too big, this one fits the bill (#5 is taken from the pill bottle on waking)

Lost the pill box and found it a few days later in the snow and the pill was still dry.

Was worried when purchasing this item that the pills would spill out of their individual compartments and mix with the other pills, but the divider goes to the top when closed and there is no spillage. Item is well made and sturdy. The down side is it is near impossible to open. You have to push in on the bottom while pulling up on the top. Found that many times in trying to open it the pills inside spilled everywhere! Yes it does not open on its own, least mine didnt, but simply too difficult to open, especially when you have large fingers. Have other pill containers that are way easier to open.

Works great but not easy for me to open. Area to press does not seem to flex enough.
