have used this as housing to photograph half an image under the water and the top half of the image above. This does work but not all the time. It is a bit heavy on land to carry about but is no problem in the water, it does take photos underwater but is really just for snorkelling. It takes a it of getting use to it.The housing is well made however you must take care of the dome as this could easily get scratched also with using it in salt/sea water you must rinse it with drinking water to avoid salt stains etc.For the price I feel it is worth a try and gives you a different image from the rest.

I purchased this product as "all in one" tool. Magnified lents, filters and waterproof case all in one. I was expecting it probably to be a bit smaller. If you are a scuba diver like myself, you will need to think about how to be streamlined while not using it. The weight is the second concern if you are a light traveller. For "Hand-luggage only" travellers, it's a big gear to carry.I've tried in the bath, and there is no licking, which is very reassuring.I'm looking forward to test it in my upcoming scuba diving trip.

Needing a new dome port I opted for this one, it’s heavier than my previous one but looks very well built, I haven’t yet tested it but will do over the next few weeks on holiday, early indications are it looks good though

Don't bother with it. Inside the dome i can old describe as an oil residue which total ruins the video quality. Also there is a silver screw that get reflected onto the dome which can be clearly seen in your footage.

Using GoPro5 best shots are against light, the red filter for water is to strong, however still very happy with it, best used in Crystal waters, otherwise don't bother, maybe best for those special occasions, to bulky to always carry around, but an affordable gadget. Happy with purchase. Would recommend to get those few second clips.

Got some great Split shots with this in the Maldives.Remember if you take it diving to add more weight to your belt as it’s quite buoyant.

Bought this product just before going on holiday and it didn't disappoint! Great quality, works great & the customer care was fantastic. While away I dropped the item while climbing up a rock face and chipped the dome. I got in touch with the seller & they were more than happy to send me a new one!I'd recommend this product to anyone!

Initially I thought too heavy, but when in the water that thought went out of the window. The ease and comfort when using the globe and what results that I had were fantastic. A superb bit of equipment.
