ENEACRO Cordless Electric Ratchet Wrench Set, 3/8”Variable Speed 35ft-lbs with Two Packs of 12V 2.0AH Li-ion Batteries and Fast Charger Tool Kit

I bought this device and was delighted with how it served me in some light duty automotive work. For some reason after using it on and off for about 10 days the was no torque at the ratchet head. It appears to be ratcheting, but there was no torque delivered to the 3/8 drive. I asked Amazon if I could return it for a direct replacement. I opted to chat with an Amazon customer service agent named Phoebe. She asked a few questions and set me up with a service number with ENEACRO. The next day I had an email from ENEACRO asking for additional information and if possible a video of the failure. The 10 second video on my iPhone was 30 Mb in size and there was a limit of 10 Mb in sending photo's or video. ENEACRO did not hesitate to send me an email indicating they were going to replace the unit and I need not send back the old one or any of the accessories. In my book ENEACRO went above and beyond with what I would call GREAT customer support. Thank you ENEACRO.

I have been underwhelmed by the product’s torque but maybe I expected too much. I have other tools I can use when more force is needed, I expected limited use, but a little more ft/lbs would be preferred. It’s okay, little larger than some other products on here (some with slightly more torque) but it comes with 2 batteries to keep it as useful as it can be. It’s easer than having to deal with hoses or other bulky election options i have but I’d probably look harder at one with more range. Not a bad product for the money just okay

This is trash burned out and started smoking after using it twice!! Sad part is I I read similar reviews about this product but instead believed the false reviews that this is a good product. If it wasn’t trash they would still be selling the item. You can’t even get any help after it burned out. Don’t ever buy this brand it will burn out and you will be out of $75 for a 2 day old product!

So far I've used the Ratchet on one job. I drove 200 1/4 bolts with lock nuts on my project. The ratchet (battery) was just as potent at completion as when started. It's comfortable to use and has very good power. The big advantage of using a power ratchet is it works well in a limited space. I like this tool and time will tell on it's durability.

The power of this ratchet is unbelievable... The tork Is ungodly... I have another ratchet but does not compare to this baby.... End of story.... Be glad when this company comes out with a cordless drill of this quality!!!!Harlan

Used this on many projects and it worked perfectly on all of them nice ratchet and we'll worth the money the battery seams to be great would recommend for the money

Feels good but really cheap at the same time. At this price, I don't regret buying though. If you even occasionally work on things that require socket wrenches this is still worth picking up.

This thing is cheap because it's poor quality I only used it twice before it broke on my and they only have a 1 month return window so beware
