Where I can get this product without the hassle
Looked for at many shops even B@Q then tried Amazon and bingo,easily fitted and exactly what I wanted.will send for again when needed.

Does the job but screws of poor quality
The Handle does the job but the screws are of very poor quality, seems to be soft metal, with shallow depth for screw driver to bite into causing them to round very easily. I would recommend buying own screws rather than use those provided.

Handle broke away from mount plate
Closed the window this morning and the handle has broken away from the base plate mounted to the window frame.Poor quality, considering that I have probably only opened and closed this window a dozen times since fitment.
