Does not do its job
For a "precision" power supply this is just not very precise. At zero load I am seeing the exact voltage as dialed in (5V). With a servo connected that draws a mere 500 mA there's a 50Hz ripple going from 4.5V to 5.5V peak-peak instead. +/- 10% is not good enough.
