No ap
I was unable to get an ap on my computer to be able to check status or clean my computer

I will try again with a different hard drive. Program shows promise.
I’m not sure what was wrong with the program, it would start to install but then it would shut down at 74%, the program performed this way time and time again. Eventually I figured that the hard-Drive must be damaged.

Seller is very determined to fix any problems the customer experiences. Software seems to work.
Reviews of perfection gives no indication as to the seller's desire to help their customers. Fortunately there was a registration problem because of the server being down. I must have stumbled in just when the server went down. After much good communications showing strong desire to fix asap. they found the server was down and fixed it so I could then register. And run the software. Which fixed over 200 regtistry errors.

I received my order and did what it said to install it. But when I needed help it went to a site where you have to sign in to Facebook to get help. I don't think so then they will have all your information. This is another scam. Now I got a memory stick like I needed one ;} to a computer not on internet.

Be careful what you install
After installing this antivirus software, my computer started running slower, and eventually I got the blue screen off death. Had to take my system to a repair facility. They advised the reason for the multiple errors was the installation of this program.

does not function
the S/N does not register. it takes me to ezalink page which charged $24.95. It took my money and I never received the product. No download, no USB drive, nothing. I want my back and I want the pro-lifetime membership restored, please

Another awesome product by ezalink!!! If you have never bought any products from them you definitely need to!! They are very hands on and don't mind answering any questions or concerns you have.

that it didn't help my computer this isn't what I expected
It doesn't seem to have helped at all and I have a virus and plus it froze up so I had to restart computer an it said support or someone would be notified about it.
