I love this watch. It's taken the place of my Movados in the watch rotation. Maybe partially because if I don't wear it, it dies, but also because it's a super-interesting looking watch.Adjusting the band was tricky, until I noticed the arrows on the links and realized that was the direction the pins would be removed. Then it was super easy.I'm very happy with my purchase. We'll see if I still am in a year...2 months later: Still happy. Other than the spring becoming unsprung when I don't wear it for at least a day, this watch is working great. I try to wind it manually when not wearing it, but generally forget. I'm keeping it as dry as possible, but the limited rain/had washing exposure hasn't hurt it and mechanically, everything is still completely sound.A year and a half later, I've had my first issue with the watch. Well, the band, actually. The wooden link that connects to the metal clasp broke in half and the clasp detached from the band. I was able to reassemble and then glue the broken piece back together and it has been working fine for the past week two weeks.The crystal is still perfectly clear, the mechanics of the watch work perfectly and it still looks great, though it is a little beat up from being accidentally brushed against car doors, walls, etc. For all the abuse it's taken and for the relatively low price, I'm surprised it still works so well.Still very happy.

I'm certain to get many compliments on the watch.

It really is a nice looking watch however, it doesn't have any of the branding shown in the pictures. There is also no branding on the box.The watch came with one of the non-removable links broken but it wasn't too difficult to repair with a small saw blade and the pin tool that is provided. I was surprised to see that an extra link wasn't provided for sizing.

Disappointed... I can’t say if it’s working or whether it will last yet. This is a Christmas gift for my husband and I won’t know all that till he uses it. My issue it the color! The image shows a brown face with a black body. I received an all black watch... I was hoping to be able to show off it’s wood. Debating if I should return.

The watch is beautiful, though it runs a tiny bit fast. I had to reset a minute or two back every week. I would wind it every day and got lots of compliments about it. However, reached down after putting it on about 3 months in and realized the crown wasn't there. Thankfully, I found it in the kitchen before my cats found it. I can insert it into the watch to wind, but can't reset the time now. In warranty, specifically says pulling out crown isn't covered, but hopefully TJW will be able to fix or replace it since it just fell out at some point.

This is a very nice looking watch. I has one incorrect size piece of wood on the band. It's too large and sticks out a bit. The piece was meant for the first position on the band but is on the second. That part of the band has no removable pin.

My husband loved it!! Now I just need an automatic winder to keep it moving when he doesn't wear it.
