Water proof and bright.
For some reason I’ve always had dim trailer lights. These ones are bright and nice looking. They are very sturdy. I got these for a 16ft trailer with plenty or wiring left. Instructions are also very clear. The diagram is well drawn. I just had to make some adjustments to mine because my trailer is rusty since it gets dipped in salt water. But that’s not their fault. I would buy these again for sure

Easy to install, very bright lights
Looks great on my trailer. Includes enough wire for a 14’ trailer.

Not bad kit for the price
Installation went well , I ran all light grounds back to trailer negative wench battery . I'm tired of helping others with ground issues. The plastic license plate is junk . Easy integeration to 7 pin as wire colors stayed the same for all trailer/vehicle wiring. Lights are bright

Great set of lights!
For the money I don’t think you’ll find a better set of lights. Easy to install and came with easy to follow instructions. When paired with these light brackets in my pictures it was a breeze.

Bright Lights, Works Submerged, Use Tape
I followed the directions and it was easy to install. The wire supplied was the same gauge as the old wires (good or bad). I have an enclosed frame, so I taped the new wires to the old and threaded them through from front to back. One rear light lit up dimmer than the other, but it was due to a bad ground where the light plate is bolted to the trailer; not any fault of the kit. I grounded to the mounting bolt of the light on the mounting plate, not the trailer itself. I tightened that down to improve the ground and the light became bright. If your lights are dim, check your ground! The kit comes with wire nuts and connectors. I used the connectors for the side marker lights and wrapped them up good with electrical tape to waterproof them. At the back I spliced the wires instead of using the wire nuts, then I wrapped those connections with electrical tape (not included, but you aren't wiring your own trailer if you don't already have electrical tape). Wire nuts are just awkward to tape and I didn't want to leave them exposed to the elements. I've used this kit at the boat launch several times now. I've been leaving the lights plugged in and on while submerging and haven't had any problems. The lights stay lit under water and I've even had the 4-flat connection take a dip without it shorting. (The 4-flat connection isn't really designed for full submersion, so don't make it a habit.) Others have mentioned the drain holes in the bottom of the lights and the fact that the wires aren't sealed at the point where they enter the back of the lights, but the LEDs must be sealed by themselves inside of the light fixture because even with water inside the fixture the lights stay lit. I'm happy with the kit.

License plate bracket broke off
Lights work great very visible and lots of extra wiring. License plate bracket broke off during an 80 mile trip, don’t know where. Fortunately I didn’t get pulled over. Now I have to go to the registry and try to get another license plate.
