So I went on a mission to reduce my constant GOUT flare ups and I ended up having to make a choice between Cherry Pills or Fish Oil (OMEGA 3). So I chose Cherry Pills and found the reviews for Thera Cherry to be the best overall, especially for Gout. After a couple days my years of constant pain were just gone and I didn't really think about it until I was at my CrossFit class and could go for an hour without sharp pains in my foot. So I found another brand on Amazon that claims to have the same(ish) mg and they were half the price with more capsules. So I started taking these Tart Cherry capsules and my foot completely flared up and I was miserable and realized that it wasn't just cherry pills that took the pain away before, it was Thera Cherry.So I went on another mission to figure out what the heck was so great about Thera Cherry vs this other brand. In my research I found that most of the benefits for Gout flare ups and arthritis, Inflammation, etc are in the Cherry Skins. These other brand are not processing the cherries the same way as this Thera Cherry brand. So I overnight these pills (since I had run out of them and only had this other brand) and took 2 capsules as instructed and BAM! All the pain absolutely gone!! I have had pain for years and just cannot believe this was the balancer that I needed. Obviously eating good is the #1 way to fixing this. But I have changed my diet so many times and it just seems there is no right way to deal with Gout. It is all about balance and when I cannot keep that balance then Thera Cherry is in my system to automatically keep me from Flaring Up. I just cant say it strongly enough that all you will need is 1 bottle of this to see the results.

This product is good; it helped my sore shoulder quite a bit. However, my main complaint is it's 50% more than the Sports Research tart cherry product and that's with Amazon knocking off the other 50% -- in other words it's list price is $40.00.. ( I have used the Sports Research capsules and I had very good relief.) Also, this product has silica and magnesium sterate which Sports Research capsules do not. Sports Research also uses organic cherries. Needless to say, I only bought it because the Sports Research product is sold out and has been for weeks -- it's not surprising.

I've used Solaray's Triple Strength Tart Cherry for the last few years and have always been happy with the results. I've had it stop migraines in their tracks. There was no strange taste, color was a nice deep purple rose. I've also used them for my young dog with arthritis with great results. But this became unavailable for a long time, so I looked for another brand.I found this one with a stated anthocyanin count much higher than Solaray's, so I decided to give it a try.So far, I'm not feeling it. Hasn't touched my headache, and there is this off, chemical-like taste and smell which also leaves an unpleasant after taste. After the 2nd or 3rd dose, it felt weird as well. Color is also much paler than I'm used to and expecting.At this point, very unsure about this product.
