I have had it for some time and cannot find any thing that irks me. The coloring of this toaster is bright and when I purchased it, I was a little unsure of just how it would look. But there was no other 4 slice toaster that had such good reviews and fit the other criteria I was looking for, so I chose this one. The color is actually really pleasing. We have a traditional kitchen, not modern or special color themed. This toaster is always on the counter and does not detract or stick out. I would definitely recommend this toaster to anyone looking for a 4 slice. The delivery was perfect, packaging was great, no damage, no assembly. Just place and plug in.

My family and I have been through 5 toasters in the last 20 years. So far this is my favorite, I hope it lasts. I like the digital countdown timer and it toasts as good as a toaster can. The browness setting is simply a timer: "5" is 2 min 5 sec, "4" is 1 min 55 sec, "3" is 1 min 45 sec, etc. It seems to work well. Heavy, moist bread takes longer to toast than lighter, drier bread. We quickly got used to what settings work best for different breads. The browness setting auto resets to "5" every time the toaster sits for more than about 10 min. Initially it was an annoyance, but I've grown to like it. With multiple users, I was often surprised by the toaster being set to a setting that didn't work well on my favorite bread. Since "5" seems to work well on most breads, and I know what settings my favorite bread needs, I've grown to like the auto reset. But, it could be annoying to a single user that regularly uses a different setting than "5".

This the fourth day since I got that toaster which proved to be efficient regarding the price and function.First, it feels well built with that sturdy industrial look due to the material made from stainless steel.Second, It can accommodate different size slices of toast and give you the same quality despite the difference in size.Thirdly, the Defrosting option is very efficient and I mean it is really defrosting from outside and inside as well not what I witnessed previously in other product as when it is toasted from outside and still frozen from inside.Fourth factor to think about is the size which might be the only drawback if you went for the four slices toaster like what I did. You will have to have enough space for itOtherwise, I think this is a very efficient and valuable product that meet my expectations and needs as well

Who knew that it was so difficult to find the perfect double toaster?! Most of them these days come with a ton of features you don't need, but fail at the actual toasting part. Also an annoying new trend is to have them beep, as if they were so silent that we won't hear them pop up 90 seconds later.Anyway, this is a middle of the road toaster in my opinion. It has some redeeming qualities but also fails at some basic functions. Here we go:The Good* There is no beep of any kind. Good for early mornings when you don't need to announce that you're making toast.* The LED display turns off when not in use (don't laugh, some others don't).* The "Cancel" button lights up when toasting. That makes it very easy to find and press it if you need to.* The LED display shows the time remaining in actual minutes and seconds. That's unmatched and smart!The Bad* The slots are narrower than any toaster we've had in the last 10 years. Sometimes bagels have to be forced down.* It is extremely lightweight. If you press the lever(s) down too fast, the whole thing tips over.* The power cord is aligned to come out the front. Why?* The darkness setting resets back to the default "5" every night. It will stay for a few minutes, but next day it's back to 5.If it wasn't for the resetting of the darkness setting (the default 5 is a bit too dark btw), and how easily it tips over, I'd say this is a top-notch toaster, but those two things are just too basic to have missed during the design process. At least it toasts evenly.

I love this toaster for the way it looks and works, I love the two separate toasters in one , they act individually from each other and that comes in mighty handy. This is a great toaster, and it works well.

Purchased this toaster after looking over many reviews. I was looking for a toaster that browned toast evenly on both sides; which I thought was a simple request. This toaster did not brown the bread until it was at the highest setting (9) and then only lightly on one side using white bread. It appeared the heating elements were not all on in some slots. Thinking that no manufacturer in their right mind would sell a toaster like this, I returned it and got a duplicate unit - same results! Don't they test these things before they sell them!! Unless you like really light toast, or are afraid of toaster fires, don't buy this toaster.I have to wonder about the validity 4 & 5 star reviews for this toaster, as I had two of them and neither could do a simple job of making medium toasted bread. Do these reviewers actually own one of these toasters?

4 slices of toaster arrived, specially used to feedback information, much faster than the previous 2 slices machines, breakfast speed is obviously faster, happy

So if I'm correctly using the toaster, the bread has to be down in the toaster BEFORE turning to correct setting. Say what? Toast okay, not even on both sides. Also, thinly sliced bread will not work in this toaster as it slides down into the toaster itself-then you have to UNPLUG your toaster and go fishing for it with a fork or turn the toaster upside down to bang it out. I would not buy again-considering returning.
